In November 2023, my dad Lou was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. His only chance at a cure is finding a matching blood stem cell donor. After clinging to hope beyond hope, we found a donor who was a perfect match for him!

Unfortunately, today we learned that the donor changed their mind about donating.

So all of us here on Team Lou4Life are looking for another donor for my dad. We’re also doing everything we can to get more folks on the blood stem cell donor registry.
