2. Click on the link. You’ll be taken to a website with a form to fill out.
3. Fill out the form. At the end of the form, select the button that says: “I need a swab kit shipped to me.”
And that’s it! A swab kit will be mailed to your home. Once you get it, follow the instructions then drop it in a mailbox. (No postage necessary.)
